Continuous Quality Improvement

For any program to provide the best possible services to children and families, Continuous Quality Improvement activities must be intentionally integrated into all aspects of service planning and delivery. This training will build on what you already know about Continuous Quality Improvement and what you are doing towards creating a Continuous Quality Improvement environment in your agency. It will also help you identify the elements needed to develop and maintain Continuous Quality Improvement in family support and child abuse prevention programs.
